Denver Branch Update: Summer 2012

Since its opening, our Denver office has served as an operations hub for the West.  But, sales have surged in the region as well.  That is why, earlier this year, our Denver-based sales team expanded with the hiring of Ken Strock, account executive.  Ken has over 23 years of professional business experience, 10 of which he served in the asphalt and concrete sectors.  In his new role with Rose Paving, Ken is responsible for developing new accounts and regional networking initiatives.

On the subject of networking, the Denver team is actively involved with the local chapter of BOMA.  Just last month, Rose Paving sponsored the Denver Metro BOMA Golf Classic which took place at the Hiwan Golf Club in Evergreen, Colorado.

-Completed a parking lot overhaul at an auto auction in Denver consisting of 90,000 square feet of patching, 950,000 square feet of sealcoating, and 20,000 linear feet of cracksealing, all while the site remained open and operational

-Completed paving/sealcoating and striping at three locations for a national wholesale chain (Superior, Arvada, and Parker, CO)

-Looking to the future, the branch plans to expand both its sales and operations staff in 2013, and is pursuing new office space
